Moving Lives Forward in Northeastern Colorado

For more than 45 years, Centennial has been a trusted place for support, care, and hope. We are a non-profit organization that provides mental health and substance use services to people of all ages across rural northeastern Colorado.

As the area’s Comprehensive Behavioral Health Safety Net Provider (CSNP), our services range from therapy and recovery programs to crisis services and prevention, we cover more than 17,000 square miles with care that is local, personal, and reliable. Whether you’re looking for support, helping a loved one, or working to build a stronger community, Centennial is here to move lives forward.
