Credentialing

Verification of credentials is an essential function to ensure Centennial clients are receiving optimal care. The Center’s Credentialing Procedure is designed to assure Centennial meets and exceeds credentialing standards set by all governing bodies. All clinical personnel will be processed using the Credentialing Procedure. Verification complete by the Human Resources Department includes:

  • Degree verification via the national Student Clearinghouse
  • State of Colorado Licensure Verification via the Department of Regulator Agencies’ Automated License Information System Online (ALISON)
  • Exclusions Database of the Office of Inspector General search
  • Colorado felony background check through Pinkerton Consulting
  • Central Registry of Child Protection
  • National Practitioners Data Bank (NPDB)
